The Erasmediah project aims to address the challenges arising from the widespread use of social media among young people. The focus is the empowerment of youth workers through specialised training and the provision of theoretical insights and practical tools. These resources are intended to strengthen the educational skills of youth workers, enabling them to navigate and have a positive impact on the hyper-connectivity landscape prevalent in social media platforms.
This project is a comprehensive effort not only to strengthen the capacities of youth workers, but also to empower young people themselves. It recognises the intricate interplay between education, technology and social challenges, seeking to create a more resilient and well-informed youth population in the face of the ever-changing social media landscape.
