Manual

The Hyperconnectivity Education Teacher’s Manual is a practical and theoretical resource for youth workers, educators, and facilitators. It provides tools and knowledge to address the challenges of excessive social media use among young people. The manual brings together 7 modules and 37 lesson plans developed within the project, targeting the 11–18 age group. It supports understanding of hyperconnectivity and helps prevent digital addiction.

Lessons

This set of lessons equips youth workers, educators, and parents with practical tools to strengthen young people’s digital resilience. The modules cover critical thinking, responsible decision-making, and socio-emotional learning while fostering safer and healthier online habits. Topics include cybersecurity, online safety, hyperconnectivity management, and digital well-being. Lessons also introduce strategies for social media detox and promote responsible online behavior. Finally, collaboration and community support are emphasized as key to preventing and reducing social media risks.
